Seems to me more people are embracing that religion and becoming a muslim. Is allah for everyone?

  • Yes, Allah is the creator of all of mankind and everything which exists. Do not look the people, many of whom are only Muslim in name or following their desires and respective cultures. Allah tells us in the Qu'ran the Arabs are not superior over the blacks; the blacks are not superior of the whites, etc...the superior humans are the ones who have taqwa (those who are conscious of and obedient to Allah). All acts in Islam are soley for the sake and pleasure of Allah, not to impress mankind. THe bonds of brother-/sisterhood are strong because Muslims are taught to love each other for the sake of Allah.   • Muslims have a strong spiritual base however, they do not believe in Jesus as the son of God. For them Jesus was a prophet somewhat like Moses. I can't go for that. All in all, I do have respect for them and hope that their new found principle belief that women should be treated better than they have treated them in the past starts to foster among the masses. Also glad to hear that they no longer hate white people. (Reverse racism in my opinion) Good question. Thanks for asking.
  • Gah, you don't want to be Muslim. It has far too many rules. If you feel especially needy and feel that you need a religion, go with an easier one. Christianity will make the move nice and easy while still guaranteeing you an eternity in bliss.

  • To the one who wrote about killing people and men having all the woman, what are you talking about, certainly not Islam. Islam forbids suicide and killing of innocent people. Muslim men can marry up to four women. These women, unlike the nonMuslim women are not baby momma's and are well provided for by their husband, unlike the girlfriends or mistresses. Read your Bible - your women MUST cover, the men are permitted to marry more than one woman, fornication is NOT ALLOWED and neither is WOMEN preaching!

  • THE FACTS: Everyone places their faith in something. You can place your faith in an artichoke but an artichoke will do nothing for you. So, for starters, it does matter what/who you place your faith in. Who was the first president of the USA? George Washington? Are you sure? How do you know? Do you really KNOW or do you just BELIEVE? Eyewitness testimony coupled with faith tells us that George Washington was our first president. Be FAIR to yourself when considering such a powerful subject...all I am asking is that you consider the abible using the same criteria that you would use to verify and understand any other literary piece. As with everything, you will come to a point of having to exercise faith because there are some things that we are unable to prove in a tangible way (with our eyes). You will also find that the bible is thee most reliable (consistent) and complete literary piece ever compiled. One of the rules of literary reliability is the time between when the event takes place and when it is reported or written about (thousands of eyewitnesses while he lived and after his death & 50 yrs after his death for the first writings). Another criteria is the number of oriignal manuscripts that exist on the subject (the bible is strongger than any other literary piece in this manner) Jesus fulfilled (made complete) an extraordinary number of promises (referred to as prophecies) written about in the old testament. It is nearly a statistical improbability that he could fulfill these promises on chance or fluke. The idea that him being the savior or him being God was staged, created, dreamed-up or lied about is also a statistical improbability as the number of people necessary to be in collusion is impossible. Mohammed cannot make any of these claims. There is ZERO scientific evidence that Mohammed is either savior or God. The accounts of his life actually tell of a man who was deeply troubled and angered and not of sound mind or motive. Jesus never called attention to himself nor sought to glorify himself. He gave all credit, trust & faith to his father (our father). He came here to serve and to give. He came out of pure love. The case for Christ is stronger than any other case of faith that exists. Don't take my word for it, research it for yourself and use the same criteria you would use to investigate any other literary piece. God gives us direction in these matters. He says, "seek and you shall find." Ask God to show you who he is and tell you the truth. If He doesn't exist, you will find nothing. If He does, he will tell you through written word and through other people and through your heart. People, we live in a very careless world and there are thousands of people who will, without conscience, lead you down a road of misinformation. It seems to me that if we're talking about heaven and everlasting life, we shouldn't take it lightly and should be diligent in seeking the truth. - Peace

  • I feel that the Muslim faith is not bad or evil or even ungodly because its all just another man's interpretation. We all pray. So just ask in your prayers for the answers. I feel that the Muslim faith has done alot to help discipline my fellow African Americans. I feel like one thing works better for one person and different for others.

    Also to say there are plenty of people that can quote the first chapter of the bible and actual other chapter that I didnt even know were in the bible. But getting back I have seen some black males totally turn their lives around in the Muslim faith and I am happy about that eventhough I do not agree with everything that Muslims say or do. I want our people to prosper and if this is it then come on.


    Hey I have seen some guys so far on drugs and so deep in the game the fast life that when they decided to stop and committ their life to the Muslim faith then instead of them being killers of our people they were helping our society man I was so happy I started crying. So if that is what it takes and all it is that another black man embracing another black man and the reason its not done with christians because the church is made up of mostly women desperate for husbands or a good man in their life.


    Have you ever noticed in a black baptist church majority of the congregation is women and children and the few men that are there they are always tempted or old or sometimes having sex with half the congregation of women. So there is no one for new guys to look up to. In Muslim majority of the time women are not going to men Men are coming to MEN. Not to put anyone down or anything but women step back stop being so aggressive wait on God. Live life in search of the word not the pleasures of having a man. and I know that pleasure and yea it feels great but please stop and restrain yourself you are pushing the men to other alternatives and helping the devil to lose the African American Man in the Christian faith.

  • Actually Islam tells Muslims to killl the non-believers. That is a fact! Mohamad was a murderous killer who was probably mad. Is THAT a religion of love for your fellow man. Jesus taught love and peace. Unfortuantely many Christians throughtout history have not followed those teachings To be a Christians is to be "Christ like" and we should all strive to do that. The world would be a wonderful loving place if we did. Jesus said "I am the way, the truth and the light." If you are to enter the kingdom of God you must believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God. "No man shell enter into the kingdom of God except through me". Believe in Allah sure but also belive in Jesus Chrst. God bless.

    IF SO THEN WHY FIGHT OVER PETTY ISSUES THAT CONCERNS OUR PERISHABLE BODY RATHER THAN CONSIDERING AND BELIVING THAT I AM THE SPIRIT THE SON OF THE SUPREME SPIRIT (SUPREME SOUL- THE ALMIGHTY), THUS LOOKING TO EVERY ONE AS THE SAME AND THEN THE UNIVERSAL BROTHER HOOD DREAM COULD BE REALISED.
