- I really feel for you, but you must really try to tell your wife. However, if you just feel that you cannot do it, then I sympathise, as it is all too easy for us to tell you to do what is so difficult... I think God understands when sometimes we feeel we have to deny what we have done - we are weak and imperfect human beings and he knows it, and so please do not be too hard on yourself. But telling your wife would be best all round; the Blackmailer would have nothing on you, and this 25 year-old guilt trip you have put yourself through would be over. I hope everything turns out well for you.
