Read confession
Sent to a friend I am inlove with my first cousin. I know that it's wrong but I don't care. It's only been two years and I feel like I'm going mad. Everytime I see him I get sick; I barely eat, I can't sleep, and all I think about is him. I only see him like once a year but every year my problem just gets worse.The first few days I'm around him I feel so nervous, and I get depressed as well. I think about him constantly and I hallousinate too. Even when I close my eyes all I can see is him. I get these simptoms before and after our encounters as well. I also get this incredible heartache and the stress kills me. You see, I have this health problem caused by stress in which my heart starts to beat very fast for no reason and if it's really bad I will get this strange pain in my left hand. And speaking of pain, I also tend to injure myself without really meaning to.
I get so scared whenever he comes near me that I dig my nails into the flesh of my arms as hard as I can. I have long nails so I leave lots of marks. I have told 5 people and another person knows somehow. the first person thinks it's weird, the second didn't say anything about it, the third just told me bullshit like "I'm sure he likes you back" the fourth understood but didn't know what to tell me, the fifth is trying to help me, and the other one thinks it's normal and doesn't think it's a problem.
Anyway, the point is I need help, any suggestions?

- you´need to seek help. dont get down on yourself, but the physical pain you are inflicting upon yourself along with the stress make it an unhealthy situation.
