- Lieing about my lifestyle. I'm just an average joe, barely make enough money to pay my bills, yet many of my online friends believe I'm college educated, living large, etc.
- What's the purpose of lying, especially to people you have no intentions of meeting. What are you going to say if you do eventually meet them?

It's okay for you to take on another persona and be "someone else" when you are online, BUT only if you do it and NOT hurt anyone else.
When I say take on another persona, I'm basically saying that if you're quiet you can become more outspoken and loud, or if you're loud you can pretend that you're shy or introverted, but all out lies and deceit that lead to others being hurt and taken advantage of, that's wrong and you should not be partaking of that behavior.
