I'm a 30 y-o woman. I'm happily married and have 2 beautiful children. We live a pretty decent life. I have been with my husband since I was 16 (we got maaried whan I turned 22) and never in my life did I expect what I'm about to reveal. I'm attracted, and possibly in love with another man, an this man is attracted to me too. We have been secretly attracted to each other for 3 years until this year I decided to let him know that I was. I told him that I was attracted but that never I could betray my husband,.I have to say that this man is a friend of my husband . He listened to me, told me he had the most respect for our relashionship and we left things at that. Since we are friends we occasionnaly see each other from time to time and I must say that things are no different. I still strongly desire him, and I can see it in his eyes he does too, but he's such a good man that he will never lead me on or do anything. And that makes me want him more. I find myself thinking about him all the time and I don't know what to do anymore. Do I tell him how I feel? do I tell my husband?..I'm so confused..Am I in love or just wanting something I know I can't have.... - There's nothing wrong with letting him know that you're "digging" him, but you have to be prepared to deal with the let down if he isn't feeling likewise about you.
I know many people who have let their feelings for someone go unspoken and they eventually lost out. The sad part was that they'd later find that the person was feeling the same way about them and thought they weren't interested so they "settled."
