What your boyfriend did was wrong and unacceptable but you just can't take it out on all men, especially black ones. I'm black and even though i don't take offence i still think that that mentality is harmful to yourself and to your kids, and i hope you know that stress affects your unborn baby. That's all i have to say on the matter of your boyfriend. But!! You on the other hand, are you a christian? Because if you are you should know that ANY form of sex outside the bonds of marriage is a sin. If you're not married it's called fornication and if you are having sex with someone else is adultry. Sex is meant ONLY for your husband. So unless you're married you're not to have sex at all... Or masturbate either. Ask God for forgiveness and be rest assured if you are sincere he most definately will. He loves you and hates to see you suffer.... But he won't just take away the problem but he will help you get through it. So first, pick up a bible and start from there.
