Sent to a friend I can\\\'t help but view porn sites and i enjoy watching them but after watching i always feel guilty with what i do,i no longer feel good about myself,and i\\\'m starting to hate myself... - you have to want to change and understand why you believe it is wrong. I think if your really believe its wrong by your own convictions then you will succeed. I am having a hard time stopping that myself, if you can only make it a week or a month at a time give yourself credit for how far you can make it. The suggestion of reading holy books is good but you have to really authenticlly interpret them for yourself or with the help of others to make it work. you can also scout around for anti porn books that fit with your interests. I just ordered one and I cant wait for it to arrive! Good Luck.
- I suffer from the same problem so i feel ur pain. It happens when i stray away from scripture. If I at least pray or repeat "lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil", it helps. Just a suggestion but u are not alone.
